How do I configure Squads?

Administration > Groups > Teams

 

  1. Right-click in the workspace and select New Team

  2. Enter a name for your Squad in Description field

  3. Use the scroll-bar in the Available Extensions field to find extensions to add to Squad

     

     

  4. Select extension then click to bring the extension into Extensions in Team field

  5. Press to save

    TIP To select multiple extensions at one time, hold down key on your keyboard then click extensions in any order from Available Extensions list.
